Shipping Policy

Orders are processed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm EST). Most orders will be shipped within 24-72 hours of receipt of your order. We cannot ship to PO boxes. Please list your street address when ordering and specify whether it is a business or residence. Residential deliveries may be subject to additional freight charges as imposed by certain common carriers.

Most items will ship directly from our warehouse. However, some will ship directly from our suppliers to you. For larger orders you may receive two or three packages to complete the order. There will not be any additional shipping charges for multiple deliveries.

Within the lower 48 states, shipping is standard ground service. Shipping charges shown in the shopping cart are based on estimated weight, distance and packaging and may vary when invoiced. Also, other charges such as residential or remote delivery fees may apply. The customer will be responsible for any additional fees incurred. On orders shipping to a residential address no signature will be required to deliver the package. If you would like a signature to be required to complete the delivery, please specify that in the notes section during checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Shipping costs are available on all product, cart and checkout pages. Again, these amounts are only an estimate therefore we reserve the right to adjust the shipping charges on your final invoice and charge you for the cost. We will notify you of any increase in cost and you will have the option to cancel the order without penalty if the charges are not acceptable.

SHIP-OUT TIMES There is NO guarantee of same day shipment on any order.

We strive to get any orders placed before 3:00 EST, with available stock out the same day as order placement. Additionally, any orders that have an expedited shipping method selected (i.e.UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select) are prioritized and every effort is made to get those out as soon as possible. However, on items that ship directly from the manufacturer we can’t guarantee availability or shipping times. Again, shipping costs are estimated and we reserve the right to adjust the shipping charges on your final invoice to reflect the actual shipping charges billed from the shipper. Any adjustments will be made once the order has shipped and shipping charges have been finalized. We will notify you of any increase in cost.

We offer expedited shipping options for most items on our site. If you place an order for something that is not immediately available, you will have the option to change your shipping method or cancel the order.

We do offer a Saturday Delivery option during the checkout process for shipments sent on Thursday or Friday via UPS Next Day or UPS Second Day Air only. Each box will incur an additional $16 charge for this service.

Some items are not available for same-day shipping. These items include, but are not limited to: special order items, non-stock items shipped direct from the manufacturer, ground truck freight items, items which are custom, some oversized items, and/or pallet-quantity orders shipped from a warehouse other than ours.

We do NOT provide compensation for any added project costs or delays due to long shipping times or errors.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATIONS

All UPS shipments from our warehouse will receive tracking information via e-mail once the shipment has been processed. The shipment will not be traceable the until NEXT day on www.ups.com. For shipments sent direct from the manufacturer, tracking information will be forwarded to you upon receipt from the shipper.

SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES

Within the continental United States, normal UPS delivery time from our Florida warehouse is 1 to 7 BUSINESS days (not including day of shipment). Please see the shipping map below for details. When placing your order, please make sure you give us the correct shipping address to avoid any delays or undeliverable shipments. Any additional cost due to incorrect addresses will incur additional freight charges which will be billed to the credit card used for you order.

CUSTOMER PICKUP

Most orders are available for pick up at our Sanford, Florida warehouse. Click here to get address and directions. We are open from 7:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday. If you order a non-stock item, we will notify you of availability and estimated pick-up date.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please contact us for international shipping rates. Upon ordering a product you agree to pay any shipping costs, duties, storage costs, customs or fees required by your government or the shipper (these charges can be significant). Your local customs office or post office should be able to tell you what the fees will be. The following conditions apply to international orders:

  1. Orders under $500.00 (USD) that are NOT shipping to the billing address of the credit card will require payment by a Wire Transfer of Funds.
  2. We reserve the right to request a Wire Transfer of Funds on any international order received.
  3. Photo identification may be required to process a payment by a Wire Transfer of Funds.
  4. If you require a shipping quote please designate that in the comments section of the order form.

CLAIMS All claims for damages, shortage, or incorrect items MUST be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

The CARRIER is responsible for damage incurred to products during shipment. Upon delivery, please take digital pictures of any damaged package prior to opening and then pictures of the damaged product after opening. Send us a copy of the photos along with any proposed claims. Once the claim is validated, we will provide you with a credit or replacement. We cannot process claims which are not documented as above.

SPECIAL HANDLING, OVERSIZED PACKAGES & DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT

Oversized or extremely heavy items (> 150 pounds) require special handling and may have a surcharge. This may include UPS and/or common carrier shipments. We will advise you prior to your shipment of any problems, special requirements and any surcharges.

Small parcel shipping costs are calculated by UPS. Package weight and size are both factored into the costs. Items which are large but lightweight are charged "dimensional weight". Items which are oversized (more than about 8.9 cubic feet) are charged additional handling adders. More information is here: UPS Dimensional Weight and Oversized Packages.

LESS-THAN-TRUCKLOAD/COMMON CARRIER/TRUCKLINE SHIPPING

Shipments with a lot of weight, a large quantity of boxes and/or bulky, large items might ship via LTL/Common Carrier. The shipping method and carrier will be chosen at our discretion. All common carrier shipments are FOB from the warehouse to the tailgate. Additionally, with large truck line shipments, sometimes there are unexpected, additional delivery costs charged once the shipment has been completed.

    • Tailgate Delivery: Common carrier deliveries are "tailgate" only deliveries. This means that the truck driver will only move the item to the tail gate of the truck. The customer is responsible for off-loading the item and moving the item from that point. Please arrange to have help present to assist you in offloading your product. If the driver is required to assist in unloading the shipment an additional fee will be charged by the truck line.
    • Liftgate Delivery Options: Liftgate trucks are specially designed trucks that have a lowering system present to assist in off-loading your item from the truck to the ground. A lift gate delivery can be arranged IN ADVANCE at an additional charge. It must be arranged in advance of shipment. Please call us for additional information and a liftgate delivery quote.
    • Residential Delivery: Any LTL shipment delivered to a residential or hard to access area will have an extra fee imposed by the truck line. Any additional charges or costs incurred before, during or after the shipment will be the responsibility of the customer. These charges will be billed after delivery has been completed and once the final shipment costs have been calculated by the truck line.

ALL DELIVERIES ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE ESTIMATED IN REGULAR BUSINESS DAYS. ESTIMATES EXCLUDE SATURDAY, SUNDAY & HOLIDAYS. We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship and deliver. Estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address, time of day your order is received, payment processing and holiday season delivery traffic. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE DELIVERY BY CARRIERS.
